AnthroMed Education is a growing group of Speech-Language Pathologists in schools who provide the speech services students deserve. Here at AnthroMed, we focus solely on creating an environment for our SLPs to produce and maintain better outcomes in schools. We are currently interviewing SLPS interested in joining our team and working at our partner schools in Pontiac, MI!
Role 1:
- Elementary School Role
- Split between two buildings
- Mixed caseload: including students in the self-contained classroom, resource room, and with speech-only needs
- District SLP lead - supportive resource

Our Process:
- Apply and meet the AnthroMed Team. Qualified applicants will be invited to a Zoom to meet us to learn all about our process and the support we provide!
- Learn about you- What grade levels are you searching for, and what eligibilities do you have experience with? How far do you want to travel? This will help us match you to schools that we partner with!
- Start interviewing with our school partners to dive into the caseload, school culture, and specifics for each Job Prole.

- Bi-weekly team meetings to network and brainstorm with other SLPs!
- Dedicated SLP Clinical support including 1:1 caseload guidance, speech therapy materials database, along with a materials stipend!

Pay & Benefits:
- Starting salary at $57,500-$75,000
- AnthroMed Team Members who work 30+ hours per week are eligible for the full-time employee benefits offered by AnthroMed

Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Experience as a Graduate Student Clinician in a school setting preferred
- Desire to work in a team-oriented school setting and a passion for providing quality speech therapy services to students
- Ability to obtain Speech-Language Pathologist licensure through LARA
