Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement material planning strategies to optimize inventory levels and support production schedules.
• Oversee the entire inventory management lifecycle, including raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
• Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure seamless material flow and on-time delivery.
• Manage and optimize warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, and shipping of materials.
• Utilize and maintain ERP/MRP systems for accurate material forecasting, planning, and tracking.
• Lead and mentor a team of inventory planners and warehouse personnel.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance material handling efficiency and reduce costs.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in materials management, supply chain, or procurement within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) for inventory, planning, and procurement functions.
• Demonstrated expertise in inventory control, forecasting, and optimization techniques.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven ability to mentor and develop staff.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, production planning, and quality control principles.

Bonus Qualifications

• APICS CPIM or CSCP certification.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
• Experience with advanced data analytics or Business Intelligence (BI) tools for supply chain optimization.
• Fluency in a second language relevant to global supply chain operations.
