Salary Range: $62,000 - $95,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair industrial electrical systems and machinery.
• Install, maintain, and inspect electrical control systems and wiring.
• Perform preventative maintenance on electrical equipment and components.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Calibrate and test electrical instruments and control devices.
• Document all maintenance and repair activities accurately.

Recommended Qualifications

• Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent industrial electrical certification.
• Proficiency in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing complex industrial electrical systems, motor controls, and automation equipment.
• Experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) for troubleshooting, modification, and integration.
• Strong understanding and adherence to NFPA 70E, Lockout/Tagout procedures, and other electrical safety standards.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.

Bonus Qualifications

• PLC programming and diagnostic experience (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley)
• Experience with robotic systems electrical troubleshooting and maintenance
• Advanced Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) programming and optimization
• Industrial network troubleshooting experience (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Profibus)
• NFPA 70E Qualified Person certification
