As a Sales Team Member at the Mike Spinale State Farm Agency, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our clients while contributing to the growth and success of our agency. - Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly and assist them with their insurance needs, providing information about various insurance products and services.
- Sales Support: Actively participate in the sales process by identifying customer needs, recommending appropriate insurance solutions, and following up on leads to close sales.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with Tammy Johnson and other team members to achieve sales goals and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Client Education: Educate clients about the importance of insurance and risk management, helping them make informed decisions regarding their coverage.

- Develop and maintain customer relationships in insurance and financial services
- Stay current with market trends and product offerings.

- Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but not required.
- Must be willing to obtain a state insurance license in 2 weeks if not licensed
- Licenses in insurance preferred
