Overview

We’re looking for a Client Manager to join our team and help us deliver exceptional service to our small business clients. You’ll manage client accounts, build strong relationships, and ensure their insurance and risk management needs are met. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and making a real difference for businesses.

How you'll make an impact

  • Manage a portfolio of small business clients, ensuring their needs are met and their accounts are retained.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, from day-to-day contacts to senior decision-makers.
  • Provide tailored insurance and risk management solutions to help clients protect their businesses.
  • Identify opportunities to offer additional services and coverage to meet client needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent service and support.
  • Travel occasionally (up to 25%) to meet clients and strengthen relationships.
About You

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree and 3 or more years client coordination and/or claims management experience, OR High School degree with 8 or more years client coordination and/or claims management experience.
  • License required.
  • Able and willing to travel approximately 25% of the time.

Compensation and benefits

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
