• Ability to look up parts in Manufacturers Part Manuals
• Ability to use sourcing materials to source parts and best price and delivery
• Works closely with the invoicing and service departments to ensure pricing is accurate and fair for the customer
• Identify parts requested and provide pricing for technicians and customers
• Assist in warehouse inventory management
• Ensure unused, damaged, or warranty parts are returned in a timely manner
• Utilizing parts manuals and breakdowns for multiple Manufacturers
• Vendor communication
• Parts order processing
• Providing parts tracking and accurate shipping ETAs as dictated by suppliers
