Beyond Juicery + Eatery is a Detroit based rapidly growing fast casual restaurant that provides fresh, healthy food and beverage choices. Since 2005 we have provided our customers with made to order smoothies, raw juices, wraps, and salads. We aim to provide the freshest product and a one of a kind customer service experience that creates raving fans.
Beyond Juice Manager Qualities:
Our Manager’s priority is to ensure we are the best part of our customers’ day by providing excellent customer service and consistently producing a quality product. In order to effectively lead your Team, you must possess the following qualities:
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Extensive product knowledge and understanding of our menu.
Display professionalism when interacting with Team Members and customers.
Be the example in your store; consistently demonstrate honesty, integrity and outstanding work ethic.
Restaurant experience is preferred.
Manager Responsibilities:
We are seeking an experienced and dependable Store Manager. You will manage the overall operations of the store in the absence of the General Manager including customer service, food/drink consistency, sales performance, enforcing store policy, and execution of brand excellence. We look forward to you joining our team! During daily operations you will be expected to:
Manage store staffing operations.
Train and motivate Team employees to deliver customer service excellence.
Ensure orders are made according to recipe and procedure; maintain excellent drink/food consistency and quality.
Promote the Beyond Juice brand and pay attention to details; maintain store appearance and cleanliness.
Ensure the sanitation of workstations including floors, worktables, walls, refrigerators, blenders, other equipment, and utensils.
Ensure team members comply with food safety and health codes, and cash handling procedures.
Assist with inventory organization, and ensure all equipment is in clean/good working condition.
Understand and strictly enforce store policy while creating a positive and productive working environment.
Recognizing employees for outstanding work performance while providing necessary constructive feedback.
Assist with scheduling for all shifts, approve and keep track of any changes to shifts.
Ensure retail cooler is properly stocked and organized.
Assist General Manager with cash handling and depositing; make sure the actual cash amount is consistent with the POS system.
Experience:
· Some restaurant management: 6 months plus (Preferred)
· restaurant: 2 years (Preferred)
