Salary Range: $107,000 - $155,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize the entire value stream from raw materials to finished goods delivery.
• Identify and eliminate waste (muda) across all processes within the value stream.
• Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement (Kaizen) and lean manufacturing principles.
• Manage and mentor cross-functional teams to achieve performance targets and operational excellence.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure value stream efficiency and effectiveness.
• Drive root cause analysis for process deviations and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., supply chain, production, quality) to ensure seamless flow and customer satisfaction.
• Implement and maintain visual management systems to enhance transparency and communication.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Demonstrated success in identifying and eliminating waste within a manufacturing value stream.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and drive process improvements.
• Excellent leadership and cross-functional team management capabilities.
• Experience with process mapping, workflow analysis, and bottleneck identification.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing operations, supply chain dynamics, and production planning.

Bonus Qualifications

• - Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• - Experience with advanced statistical process control (SPC) software
• - Proven track record in implementing Industry 4.0 technologies
• - Familiarity with supply chain risk management principles
• - Experience in change management and organizational development
