Salary Range: $67,000 - $95,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor quality control personnel and technicians.
• Monitor and enforce adherence to established quality standards and procedures.
• Investigate non-conformances, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Conduct regular product and process audits to ensure compliance with specifications and regulations.
• Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends, report findings, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues and optimize manufacturing processes.
• Oversee the calibration, maintenance, and proper use of inspection and test equipment.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
• 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance or control within a manufacturing environment, including supervisory experience.
• Proficiency in quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and quality tools (SPC, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis, 8D).
• Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and motivate a quality inspection team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Experience with specific Quality Management System (QMS) software
• Lead Auditor certification (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949)
• Proficiency with statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
