CNC Maintenance Technician

Express Employment is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to support a local clients' needs in Howell, MI.

This is a direct hire opportunity.

3rd shift: 10pm-6:30am Monday-Friday + Weekend OT as needed.

Pay: Based on Experience, Typically $27-$32/hr, but may be flexible for the right candidate.

CNC Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative maintenance procedures on building mechanical equipment on a scheduled basis.
• Inspect belts, check fluid levels, replace filters, grease bearings, seals, etc.
• Repair or replace broken parts, seeking an applicant well versed with mechanical and electrical trouble shooting and repairs.
• Electrical (broken wires/short, loose wire, switch issue, component electrical failure)
• Mechanical (worn/broken component, lack of lubrication, air leak, broken/failed cylinder).
• Complete daily, weekly and monthly checklists on building equipment maintenance procedures and maintains records of scheduled maintenance procedures.
• Monitor start-up of assigned areas, repair any issues identified during start-up, complete work orders, respond to maintenance calls, maintain spare parts crib and required documentation.
• Complete equipment moves, projects, and rebuilds.
• Hydraulic/pneumatic experience
• LOTO Certified, Confined space, etc.

Qualifications:

• Industrial motors and motor controls knowledge preferred
• Controls knowledge preferred
• CNC and PLC troubleshooting
• Industrial lift truck troubleshooting and repair
• Industrial equipment preventative maintenance
• 5+ years’ experience preferred
