Salary Range: $70,000 - $104,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts for finished goods and components.
• Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and promotional activities to refine forecast models.
• Actively participate in the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process to align demand with supply.
• Monitor forecast accuracy, identify root causes for significant variances, and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development to gather market intelligence and understand demand drivers.
• Generate forecasts for new product introductions and product discontinuations.
• Utilize demand planning software and statistical modeling techniques to optimize forecasting processes.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in demand planning or forecasting, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and statistical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.

Bonus Qualifications

• Certification in supply chain management (e.g., APICS CSCP or CPIM).
• Experience with advanced planning systems (e.g., SAP IBP, Oracle Demantra, Blue Yonder).
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies for process improvement.
