Salary Range: $45,000 - $70,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues across office and production environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with specialized manufacturing systems, including MES, SCADA, HMI, and industrial PCs.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, peripherals, and software for end-users and shop floor equipment.
• Respond to and resolve service requests related to production equipment connectivity and operational technology (OT) systems.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights, including password resets and account lockouts.
• Document all support activities, resolutions, and create knowledge base articles to improve efficiency.
• Assist with the deployment and setup of new workstations, production line devices, and IT infrastructure.

Recommended Qualifications

• Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills for diverse technical users.
• Proficiency with Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and common business applications.
• Experience utilizing IT service management (ITSM) or ticketing systems.
• Familiarity with IT equipment and common software found in manufacturing environments (e.g., industrial PCs, barcode scanners).

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience supporting manufacturing-specific software (e.g., ERP, MES).
• Familiarity with industrial hardware (e.g., ruggedized PCs, barcode scanners, label printers).
• Basic understanding of operational technology (OT) environments or industrial control systems.
• Experience with CAD/CAM software support.
