Warehouse Associate

With five locations across West Michigan, we offer a full range of services including truck sales, leasing, parts, service, and body shop repairs. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring our operations run smoothly by supporting order fulfillment, inventory management, and collaboration with both drivers and sales staff. Responsibilities

• Accurately pull and prepare parts orders for delivery or pickup
• Assist drivers to ensure timely departures and efficient loading
• Communicate effectively with sales staff and warehouse team members
• Perform cycle counting and maintain accurate inventory records
• Load and unload freight trucks and local delivery vehicles safely
• Organize and maintain a clean, orderly warehouse environment
• Put stock away promptly to ensure efficient workflow
• Work a consistent 40-hour week with opportunities for overtime
• Lift and move items weighing 60 pounds or more as needed

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
• Effective communication abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling stock orders
• Forklift experience required
• Ability to walk and stand for up to 8 hours per day
• Basic computer skills required
