Position Overview
We are looking for a talented and motivated Licensed Loan Officer to join our growing team. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to a client-focused mortgage organization committed to excellence, integrity, and exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Originate residential mortgage loans including purchase, refinance, and cash-out refinance transactions.
- Guide borrowers through the mortgage process from initial consultation to closing.
- Manage and convert company-provided leads while building long-term client relationships.
- Analyze borrower financial information and recommend appropriate loan products.
- Collect, review, and submit required documentation accurately and timely.
- Collaborate with processors, underwriters, and closing teams to ensure smooth transactions.
- Consistently achieve production and customer service goals.
Qualifications
- Active NMLS License required.
- Proven experience originating residential mortgage loans.
- Strong sales, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple loan files simultaneously.
- Customer-focused mindset with high professional standards.
