Job Title: Welder

Job Description

• We are seeking a skilled welder to join our team, where you will be responsible for MIG welding steel for conveyor systems
• Your expertise will contribute to the fabrication and assembly of top-notch equipment

Job Responsibilities

• Read and interpret engineering blueprints to ensure accurate weld execution
• Measure and lay out weld locations and sizes according to specifications
• Execute welds using the proper equipment and filler metal as detailed in drawings
• Review drawings prior to beginning welding tasks to ensure understanding and accuracy
• Utilize metal working machinery such as rollers, drill presses, flame cutters, saws, brakes, and shears efficiently and safely

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in MIG welding techniques
• Ability to read and interpret engineering blueprints
• Experience in measuring and laying out weld locations and sizes
• Skill in using metal working machinery including rollers, drill presses, flame cutters, saws, brakes, and shears

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Dearborn, MI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
