ResponsibilitiesBe the first point of contact for clients, offering a warm and welcoming experience.
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries with clarity and helpfulness.
Assist clients with policy questions, payment inquiries, and general support.
Process policy changes and updates accurately and efficiently.
Help resolve customer issues and concerns with a focus on satisfaction.
Maintain organized client records and documentation.
RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
A friendly and patient demeanor.
Proficiency with basic computer systems and data entry.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
