Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet output targets and deadlines.

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities to optimize production and resolve issues.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with teams and management.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proficiency with manufacturing ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Bilingual proficiency, especially in Spanish.
• Relevant technical certifications or advanced safety training (e.g., OSHA 30).
• Proven experience in training and mentoring production staff.
