About the role:

• Full Time Family Medicine Physician to join an established team in Bay City.
• Schedule: Weekdays 8am - 5pm
• The state-of-the-art facility was designed with community and provider input to be a highly patent-focused healing environment.
• Outpatient primary care. Regular Day Shift Hours
• All aspects of family medicine: the physical, emotional, and social health from birth through adulthood, including health services ranging from preventive health care to the diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic diseases.
• Call 1:10 with nurse triage line support

Background:

• Board Certified / Board Eligible Family Medicine
• Ability to hold a Michigan State Medical License
