Legal Assistant - Litigation & Family Law

World-class Oakland County law firm is seeking an experienced legal assistant to join their team. Ideal candidate must have at least five years of legal secretarial experience working within commercial and business litigation. Candidate will also support a family law partner who specializes in family law cases to include assisting with the preparation of family law documents, such as divorce decrees, temporary and final orders, parenting plans, etc... Candidate must have prior experience with e-filing in Oakland, Macomb, Wayne Counties and Federal Court.

Preferred candidates must have excellent organizational skills, be detail oriented and have a positive attitude and be a team player, as well as have the ability to deal with clients and opposing parties.
