Billing Specialist
Harvard Resource Solutions is seeking a Billing Specialist for their construction client in Pontiac on a direct hire basis.

Position Overview
Our construction client in Pontiac is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Billing Clerk to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their career, as training will be provided. The ideal candidate is a quick learner with strong communication skills and a keen eye for accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and process invoices in a timely and accurate manner
- Review billing data for completeness and resolve discrepancies
- Communicate with internal teams and clients regarding billing inquiries
- Maintain organized billing records and documentation
- Assist with basic administrative and accounting tasks as needed
Qualifications
- 1+ years of billing or related experience required
- Construction industry experience preferred, but not required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to learn quickly
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (especially email correspondence)
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Solid math and problem-solving skills
