Maintenance Technician (Plastic Injection - 3rd)

Be the expert keeping production flowing. We are searching for a 3rd shift Maintenance Technician at a plastic injection molding manufacturer for the automotive industry. The shift for this role is Monday - Friday, 11PM - 7AM (with occasional OT.) Any plastics related experience would be helpful. If you are a versatile professional proficient in troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, and have experience maintaining equipment in industries such as injection molding, seize this opportunity and apply today!

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative / predictive maintenance on equipment, machinery, tools
• Document PMs accordingly
• Review and inspect equipment on a daily basis for safe and proper operating conditions
• Assist with major job repairs to machine, equipment or components and troubleshooting when needed

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment
• wearing steel toe shoes
• working in a non-temperature controlled environment
• manual lifting up to 50lbs
• standing for 6 hours at one time
• working weekends
