Boutique Key Holder

We are searching for a Part Time Key Holder for our Dear Prudence and Blackbird Northville locations. Must have day time and some weekend availability..

The ideal candidates will have a background in retail and/or customer service with an emphasis on high touch customer service or client based relationships. At Dear Prudence our customers are the highest priority, we need someone that can understand that, and take it to the next level.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to:

• Cultivate a customer-focused environment that consistently delivers exceptional customer experiences.
• Work with the team to establish a strong and constantly evolving look for the store.
• Assist in running the day to day operations of the store, from receiving product to keeping the store clean and organized.
• Create an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome and engaged.
• Balance selling responsibilities and overall store operations activities.

You'll bring to the role

• 1 year retail or customer service experience (preferred)
• Brings a hospitality mindset when connecting with customers
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system
• Motivated and ready to work, wearer of many hats and a positive attitude
