Culture and engagement
As a Culture and Engagement Intern at Rocket Companies, you'll make a meaningful impact by providing crucial support to team members during times of need. You will work closely with Business Program Managers to manage day-to-day operations of key programs. This role offers unique opportunities to contribute to team member experience initiatives, while developing valuable skills in empathy, communication, and program coordination.
About The Role- Process incoming requests with attention to detail and compassion
- Coordinate condolence flowers and gifts for team members experiencing difficult times
- Send awareness emails to impacted team members' leadership and support teams
- Process program requests to provide timely assistance to team members in need
- Coordinate gift cards and other means of support for team members facing challenging life circumstances
- Reach out to leaders to follow up on milestone anniversary e-card completion
- Support additional culture-building initiatives
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program with an interest in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Demonstrated empathy and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
- Previous experience in customer service, event planning, or administrative support
- Familiarity with HR systems and processes
- Interest in employee engagement and workplace culture initiatives
- Experience coordinating projects or events
