• Route & Freight Overview
  • Preloaded dry van routes originating in Ogden, UT, with deliveries to Columbia City, IN; Memphis, TN; and Laredo, TX, and consistent return loads to Ogden, UT.
  • 100% no-touch, drop-and-hook freight with ready loads and minimal wait time.
  • Average distance: approximately 6,000 miles per week.
• Compensation & Benefits
  • Average earnings: drivers with 1+ years of experience typically earn $2,300 per week.
  • Mileage pay: $0.30 to $0.56 per mile, based on verifiable experience.

  • Available to both true teams and solo drivers; solo drivers will be matched with compatible partners to maintain scheduling consistency.
  • Team applicants: both drivers must reside within a 50-mile radius of one another to support home time scheduling.
• Primary Responsibilities
  • Safely operate assigned tractor‑trailer over long‑haul dedicated routes in compliance with DOT, state, and company regulations.
  • Complete scheduled pickups and deliveries while adhering to on‑time performance expectations.
  • Comply with required pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections and document vehicle condition as required.
  • Maintain accurate electronic logs (ELD) and required shipping documentation.
  • Communicate professionally and promptly with dispatch and operations staff.
• Minimum Qualifications
  • Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL‑A).
  • Minimum of 3 months of verifiable tractor‑trailer experience within the past year (drivers with 1+ years of experience are eligible for higher average earnings).
  • Clean motor vehicle record (MVR).
  • Able to pass DOT physical examination and pre‑employment drug screening.
