Marshall Community Credit Union (MCCU) is looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused part-time Teller to serve our members.

A Day in the Life of a Teller at MCCU
As a Teller, you'll be the friendly face that welcomes members and ensures they receive exceptional service. You'll process transactions accurately, assist with account inquiries, and educate members on the products and services that best meet their needs. Whether it's making deposits, withdrawals, or helping a member understand their financial options, your role is crucial in creating a positive and seamless banking experience.
You'll also:
- Stay up to date on banking policies and procedures to ensure smooth and secure transactions.
- Promote and cross-sell financial products that help members achieve their financial goals.
- Work closely with a supportive team, sharing knowledge and growing your skills along the way.
- Represent MCCU with professionalism and genuine care for our members.
What You'll Need:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer service and cash handling
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply (with additional compensation available!)
Your Work Schedule:
- Monday – Friday: Variable Hours
- Saturday: 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM (mandatory)
