ResponsibilitiesVehicle Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
Diagnostic Testing: Use specialized diagnostic tools to identify issues and ensure vehicles are operating efficiently.
Repair Services: Conduct repairs on vehicles, ranging from minor adjustments to major engine overhauls.
Parts Installation: Install and replace vehicle parts, including tires, batteries, and brakes.
Quality Control: Conduct post-repair quality checks to ensure the highest standard of service.
Customer Interaction: Communicate effectively with customers to explain necessary repairs and ongoing vehicle maintenance.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
RequirementsCertification: ASE Certification or equivalent preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as an automotive technician or in a similar role.
Technical Skills: Comprehensive knowledge of automotive systems, diagnostic equipment, and tools.
Problem-Solving: Ability to accurately identify and resolve vehicle issues with minimal supervision.
Attention to Detail: Strong focus on precision and quality in completing vehicle inspections and repairs.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with team members and customers.
Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving parts, needed for vehicle repairs.
Team Player: Willingness to collaborate with the service team to maintain a high standard of service.
Driver's License: Valid driver's license required.
