OM Spa, a premier, award-winning day spa located in Dearborn, MI, is currently seeking a talented and passionate Licensed Nail Technician to join our expert team. With over two decades of delivering exceptional spa services, OM Spa is renowned for its tranquil ambiance, innovative treatments, and holistic approach to beauty and wellness. We are hiring for both part-time and full-time positions. Location: Dearborn, MI
Employment Type: Full-time or Part-time
Compensation: Commission-based pay competitive and enticing structure Key Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality manicures, pedicures, gel services, and other nail treatments in accordance with OM Spas protocols and hygiene standards
- Recommend retail products and services tailored to client needs
- Provide exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming and relaxing experience
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and comply with all sanitation standards
- Stay up to date on current nail trends, techniques, and industry advancements
- Must hold a current Michigan Nail Technician license
- Minimum 1 year of experience preferred (new graduates with strong skills will be considered)
- Proficiency in classic and gel nail services; knowledge of nail art and current trends a plus
- Professional, punctual, and client-focused
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends
