Maintenance Technician

As we grow and invest in modernizing our operations, we're looking for a hands-on CNC Maintenance Technician to oversee daily operations and service delivery across our multi-site custom electric motor manufacturing plants. Position Overview:

The Maintenance Technician ensures all plant equipment and facilities are maintained in safe, reliable, and working condition. This position performs mechanical, basic electrical, hydraulic, and CNC equipment maintenance and repairs, supporting the production of custom electric motors and parts. Experience with machine tools used in manufacturing (mills, lathes, grinders, etc.) is highly desired.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on a wide variety of production equipment and building systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical systems.
• Service CNC equipment and assist with controls troubleshooting.
• Conduct facility repairs and equipment installations, including relocation of machinery.
• Repair parts as needed to support operations.
• Work independently and collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve maintenance needs.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and follow all safety procedures.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of industrial maintenance experience (including mechanical, facility, and basic electrical work)
• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, manuals, and verbal instructions.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
