We are looking for a motivated Dentist to join our practice full time in Hillsdale, MI. Our ideal Dentist has a combination of clinical expertise, excellent communication skills, willingness to learn with our well-established team and a patient-centered approach. In addition to their technical skills, the incoming Dentist should be compassionate, empathetic, and able to put patients at ease with a gentle chairside manner and the ability to explain complex dental procedures. Teamwork is also important in our dental practice, so we are looking for a likeminded, team player who enjoys collaborating effectively with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff.

Duties:
-General dentist procedures- Restorative, Crowns, and Bridgework, Removable dentures, anterior and molar endodontic procedures, simple and surgical extractions
-Promote oral health and disease prevention
-Diagnose oral diseases
-Educate patients on oral health and various treatment options
-Create treatment plans to maintain or restore patient's oral health
-Review treatment plan options with patients
-Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records
-Keep abreast of new developments, technologies, best practices and standard of care through current continuing education courses and professional development
Requirements:
-DDS degree from a university-based dental education program accredited by the American Dental Association Commission on Dental Accreditation (ADA CODA)
-Current MI license to practice dentistry
Schedule:
-Full time

Salary:
-$150,000/annually until meet production goals, then 33% of collections
