We’re a new, physician-led dermatology practice building something special from the ground up—and we’re looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Front Desk Receptionist to be the face of our clinic.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, stays calm under pressure, and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly. You’ll play a key role in creating a positive patient experience from the moment someone walks through the door.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and create a welcoming first impression
• Check patients in and out efficiently
• Answer phone calls and assist with scheduling
• Verify insurance and collect co-pays
• Manage daily schedule flow and help keep the clinic on time
• Handle patient questions with professionalism and care
• Maintain an organized and tidy front desk area

Qualifications

• Front desk or customer service experience preferred
• Medical office experience is a plus but not required
• Willingness to learn and take initiative
