Salary Range: $89,000 - $130,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement robust preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of maintenance technicians and engineers.
• Oversee the timely and effective repair of manufacturing equipment to minimize downtime.
• Manage the maintenance budget, including spare parts inventory and procurement.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
• Utilize and optimize the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for planning and tracking.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience leading and managing a maintenance team in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Strong technical expertise in industrial electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for maintenance planning and execution.
• Demonstrated ability to develop, implement, and optimize Preventative and Predictive Maintenance (PM/PdM) programs.
• Solid understanding of safety regulations (e.g., OSHA) and best practices for industrial maintenance.

Bonus Qualifications

• Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) certification.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
• Proficiency with advanced CMMS/EAM platforms (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo).
• Experience with industrial automation and PLC programming.
