**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding appropriately to emergency situations.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility, including both interior and perimeter areas, to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or address any unusual situations.
+ Monitor for potential hazards or suspicious activity within the food and beverage processing areas and report findings according to site guidelines.
+ Assist with access control by verifying credentials of individuals entering restricted areas.
+ Communicate professionally with staff, visitors, and contractors, providing assistance or information as needed.
+ Complete detailed and accurate reports regarding patrols, observations, and incidents encountered during shifts.
+ Follow all policies and procedures specific to the food and beverage environment, maintaining awareness of any unique operational requirements.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Being at least 21 years of age is required.
+ Having experience with customer service is preferred.
+ Comfort with using a computer or tablet is preferred.
+ Holding a current CPR or First Aid certification is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
