Salary Range: $71,000 - $105,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) based on sales forecasts and capacity.
• Balance customer demand with production capacity and material availability.
• Collaborate with sales, production, and supply chain teams for forecast and resource alignment.
• Monitor production performance against the schedule and initiate corrective actions.
• Analyze capacity requirements and identify potential bottlenecks.
• Adjust production schedules in response to changes in demand, supply, or disruptions.
• Optimize inventory levels to support the MPS while minimizing costs.

Recommended Qualifications

• Extensive experience (5+ years) in production planning, scheduling, and inventory management within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Infor) for master scheduling, capacity planning, and material requirements planning.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including demand forecasting, statistical analysis, and bottleneck resolution.
• In-depth knowledge of supply chain principles, manufacturing processes, and lean methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of effectively interacting with all levels of an organization.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Experience with advanced planning and scheduling (APS) software beyond standard ERP modules
• APICS CSCP certification
