Presentation Designer

Our Technology client is seeking a freelance Presentation Designer to join their team on a project basis.

This is a fully remote role starting ASAP after onboarding working on a specific project that could lead to future ad hoc work as well.

Presentation designer will support a short-term project converting approximately eight mainstage PowerPoint decks from one event template to another. The new template has already been finalized and will be provided.

This is a straightforward but precision-focused assignment. The ideal candidate is highly meticulous, fast, and experienced working within structured PPT templates.

- Convert 8 existing PowerPoint decks from one branded event template to a new finalized template

- Ensure all slides adhere precisely to the new templates layouts, typography, master slides, and design standards

- Maintain content integrity, formatting consistency, and visual hierarchy throughout each deck

- Adjust layouts, spacing, and visual elements as needed to ensure clean, polished execution

- QA decks thoroughly before delivery

- Strong PowerPoint expertise, including master slides, layouts, and advanced formatting

- Exceptional attention to detail and consistency

- Experience working within established brand templates

- Ability to work efficiently and meet tight turnaround timelines

- Reliable and responsive communicator

Timing

Work to be completed over the next few weeks with a clear deadline to be established at kickoff.
