Outside Residential Sales
Leads Provided | $100K–$200K+ Potential | Uncapped Commission
HomeSpec is redefining the homeowner experience in foundation, waterproofing, and concrete repair — and we’re growing our sales team.
This is a consultative, high-income outside sales role where you’ll meet with homeowners at warm, pre-set appointments, inspect their property, diagnose issues, present solutions, and close deals that truly help people protect their homes.

What You’ll Do
- Meet homeowners at scheduled appointments
- Inspect foundations, crawlspaces, and concrete
- Build proposals, present solutions, and close sales
- Build trust, referrals, and repeat business
What You Bring
- Sales experience preferred (home improvement/construction a plus — we will train)
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Comfortable with technology and mobile tools
- Strong communication, follow-up, and closing skills
- Ability to walk, kneel, and crawl during inspections
