Salary Range: $50,000 - $82,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Repair and replace defective parts, components, or wiring.
• Install, calibrate, and commission new production machinery.
• Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and parts usage accurately.
• Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and Lockout/Tagout procedures.
• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and minimize downtime.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proficiency in troubleshooting and repair of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• 3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) for diagnostics and minor adjustments.
• Strong commitment to safety protocols and Lockout/Tagout procedures.

Bonus Qualifications

• Proficiency with PLC troubleshooting and minor programming.
• Experience with welding and fabrication (e.g., MIG, TIG, stick).
• Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• Certification or experience with industrial HVAC systems.
