Remote Family Law Attorney – Serving Northern Michigan (Traverse City Region)
We are seeking a Family Law Attorney to support a growing practice serving clients across Northern Michigan, with a primary focus on the Traverse City region. This role is remote-flexible, with court appearances and client interaction in the local market.
What You’ll Do
- Handle a full caseload of family law matters including divorce, custody, support, and related issues
- Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and negotiations
- Provide strategic counsel and guide clients through complex, high-stakes situations
- Draft pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements
- Collaborate with a team committed to high-quality client outcomes
What We’re Looking For
- Licensed attorney in Michigan (or ability to obtain)
- Able to work in Traverse City area
- 3+ years of family law experience preferred
- Strong courtroom presence and litigation skills
- Ability to manage cases independently in a remote environment
- Commitment to client service and ethical practice
