Salary Range: $87,000 - $128,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Lead, train, and supervise a team of maintenance technicians and support staff.
• Manage the maintenance budget, spare parts inventory, and procurement processes.
• Ensure optimal uptime, reliability, and performance of all manufacturing equipment and facilities.
• Oversee all repair, installation, and inspection activities to maintain operational efficiency.
• Establish and enforce safety protocols and compliance with all relevant industry regulations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for maintenance processes, tools, and equipment.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of progressive experience in maintenance management within a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) or a related technical field.
• Strong knowledge of industrial electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, including PLCs and automation.
• Proven ability to lead and develop maintenance teams, manage budgets, and proficiency with CMMS software.
• Demonstrated experience implementing preventative/predictive maintenance programs and ensuring adherence to safety regulations.

Bonus Qualifications

• Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) certification
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Experience with advanced automation, robotics, or PLC programming
• Demonstrated success in CMMS implementation or optimization projects
