Project Coordinator
Large utility is looking for a Project Coordinator in Jackson, MI. This role requires a Bachelor's degree (or 4 years of experience) to manage brand asset organization, digital governance, and creative workflows using tools like SharePoint, Workfront, and Brandfolder in a fast-paced remote environment.This is a contract position estimated to last 6 months, possible extension, possible temp to perm. education: Bachelors responsibilities:
- Supporting key systems and processes across the Brand team to maintain operational efficiency and creative workflows.
- Managing and maintaining brand assets, including conducting audits, tagging, and organizing digital libraries.
- Supporting project intake administration through governance coordination and standards rollouts.
- Coordinating team trainings and scheduling meetings to ensure project alignment.
- Overseeing SharePoint and Microsoft Teams organization and governance for the department.
- Maintaining comprehensive project notes, files, and documentation for all active workstreams.
- Assisting with process improvements to streamline general project coordination.
- Troubleshooting administrative issues and providing support for brand-related systems.
- Utilizing project coordination tools such as Workfront and Brandfolder.
- Operating within a fast-moving, primarily remote environment with occasional onsite office travel.
- Leveraging the Microsoft Office suite to manage project data and communications.
- Multitasking under pressure while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Experience with Workfront, Brandfolder, and SharePoint (preferred but not required).

- Clear communication skills and comfort working in fast?moving environments.
- Familiarity with Microsoft suite and general project coordination tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field or
