About the Role:

The Quality Auditor plays a critical role in ensuring that all manufacturing processes and finished products meet established quality standards. This position involves conducting thorough inspections and audits o to identify any deviations or non-conformities. The Quality Auditor collaborates closely with production teams to ensure product quality and operational efficiency. By maintaining detailed records and reports, the auditor supports compliance with industry standards and internal quality policies. Ultimately, this role ensures that the manufacturing output consistently meets customer expectations and contributes to the overall success of the organization.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment with exposure to injection molding and assembly line operations.
• Basic knowledge of quality control principles and auditing techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent observational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in quality auditor manufacturing setting.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including overtime when necessary.

Responsibilities:

• Perform regular audits - including color checks - to verify compliance with quality standards.
• Document findings and prepare detailed reports highlighting areas of non-compliance and recommending corrective actions.
• Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement process improvements

10:40 am - 7:00 a.m.
Overtime before or after shift as needed.
3rd Shift premium is $.80 per hour
