If you’re a meticulous and reliable Prep Cook with a love for food preparation, we want to hear from you! As a key member of our kitchen staff, you'll work alongside our Chef team to ensure ingredients are prepped and ready for service, maintaining the highest standards of quality and presentation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their culinary career in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Prep ingredients for cooking, including washing, peeling, chopping vegetables, and measuring out ingredients to ensure everything is ready for the kitchen team.
- Assist in meal preparation by following recipes and instructions from the Head Chef and Sous Chef to ensure dishes are prepared to perfection.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area , including both the kitchen and storage areas, ensuring efficiency and safety.
- Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies, ensuring we have everything we need to keep operations running smoothly.
- Follow all procedures and policies set forth by the company, division, and Health Department following all health and safety regulations .
- Contributes to a productive work culture by staying focused and finding ways to improve self and others.

- Solid knowledge of food preparation techniques, with the ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.
- A strong attention to detail and the organizational skills to keep your work area clean and efficient.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment, juggling multiple tasks at once.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills , ensuring a smooth and cooperative kitchen environment.
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
- Lift up to 25 pounds consistently.
- Lift 25 - 50 pounds occasionally.
