WHAT WE DO

At The Bridge Chiropractic, we help people:

• Avoid surgery
• Skip injections
• Get out of pain

We provide premier, results-driven care through:

• Gonstead Chiropractic (one of only a handful of offices in Michigan using this system)
• Spinal correction and corrective care programs
• Spinal decompression for disc issues and nerve pain
• Advanced extremity programs including knee restoration, shoulder restoration, plantar fasciitis, and carpal tunnel care

We combine precise analysis, advanced technology, and hands-on care to fix the cause—not just mask symptoms.

We are a fast-growing clinic, and we need someone who can keep up, contribute, and help us continue to grow.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Own the patient experience (start → care plan)
• Build trust and confidently guide patients into care
• Manage patient flow, scheduling, and communication
• Handle multiple moving pieces at once without dropping the ball
• Support marketing events and community outreach
• Contribute to clinic growth through patient education, marketing, and sales

This role includes marketing and sales. You must be open to learning, improving, and developing these skillsets continuously.

NON-NEGOTIABLES

• Full-time (36–40 hours typical, Monday–Thursday)
• At least 1 dinner talk per month (expected to be 2+ per month soon)
• Occasional additional evenings and/or Fridays when needed
• High energy and positive attitude under pressure
• Strong communicator who can lead conversations confidently
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Coachable and committed to continuous improvement
• Professional appearance and presence

BONUS SKILLSETS (NOT REQUIRED, BUT A PLUS)

• Comfortable taking photos/videos for social media (patient wins, in-office content)
• Experience or interest in Canva/design (graphics, posts, flyers)
• Spanish-speaking

You don’t need to be an expert—we value initiative and willingness to learn.

COMPENSATION

• $18–$25/hour
• Bonuses tied to performance and clinic growth
