🧠 About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Industrial Custodian to support cleanliness, sanitation, and operational standards within our large-scale cultivation facility in Flint, MI. This role is critical to maintaining a clean, compliant, and safe production environment that meets cannabis regulatory and food-grade sanitation standards.

The ideal candidate has experience in industrial or warehouse cleaning , takes pride in their work, and understands the importance of cleanliness in regulated environments.

🧼 Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning and sanitation of cultivation rooms, hallways, processing areas, and common spaces

• Clean and disinfect floors, walls, drains, equipment exteriors, and high-touch surfaces

• Safely handle and use industrial cleaning chemicals and supplies

• Remove waste, debris, and recyclable materials according to company procedures

• Support deep-cleaning projects between cultivation cycles

• Follow all SOPs, safety guidelines, and compliance requirements

• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or sanitation concerns promptly

• Maintain accurate cleaning logs and documentation as required

✅ Qualifications

• Previous experience in industrial, warehouse, agricultural, or manufacturing cleaning preferred

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical environment

• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, lifting, and performing repetitive tasks

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

• Strong attention to detail and time management skills

• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic

• Must be able to pass background check and meet cannabis employment requirements
