Spend Your Summer Outdoors – Not Stuck Inside

Looking for a summer job where you can stay active, work outside, and be part of a great team? Hearthside Grove is hiring Outdoor Guest Services Team Members to work 32–40 hours per week during our busy season (May–October).

This is a hands-on role perfect for students who enjoy being outdoors, working with their hands, and helping people. You’ll be part of the team that keeps the resort running smoothly and looking its best.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Help guests check in, answer questions, and get settled on their sites
• Assist with parking and guiding large motorhomes
• Keep lots clean, organized, and guest-ready
• Work on outdoor projects like patio setup, landscaping touch-ups, and general upkeep
• Help maintain grills, fire pits, and outdoor living spaces
• Troubleshoot basic issues (WiFi, cable, utilities)
• Perform light maintenance and small repairs
• Assist with events and daily resort operations
• Work both independently and with a team throughout the day

What We’re Looking For

• Reliable, hardworking, and positive attitude
• Comfortable working outdoors and staying active
• Ability to lift, move, and be on your feet most of the day
• Good communication skills and willingness to help guests
• Basic problem-solving skills and willingness to learn
• Valid driver’s license
• Weekend and holiday availability

No experience needed—we’ll train you.

• Option for Workcamping -Class A motorcoach required
