Job tasks include:- Processing customer payments.
- Preparing bank deposits.
- Route incoming phone calls.
- Coordinate with vendors.
- Provide administrative support to the management team.
The ideal candidate has the following experience:
- Quickbooks Online.
- Comfortable managing financial and administrative tasks.
- Office management experience.
