We are currently hiring for key positions across our recruiting and client services team. Responsibilities may include:

• Conducting in-depth research to understand the goals and hiring needs of new business clients

• Recruiting top-tier talent across various industries including Engineering and IT

• Evaluating candidates’ qualifications in relation to technical job requirements using your industry knowledge and insight

• Managing the full recruitment process: phone screenings, in-person interviews, offer negotiation, onboarding, and ongoing candidate engagement

• Building and maintaining strong candidate relationships, creating a long-term network of highly skilled professionals

• Actively generating new business leads and participating in client meetings to grow and strengthen partnerships
