Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A contract opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) within a K-12 school setting located in Sterling Heights, MI. This role supports students across all grade levels, providing essential speech and language services throughout the school year (CSY). There are three current openings for qualified professionals ready to make a meaningful impact on student communication and academic success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language assessments to diagnose communication disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational staff to support student progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting in compliance with educational regulations.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Experience working in K-12 school environments preferred.
• Strong knowledge of speech and language disorders common to school-aged children.
• Ability to adapt therapy techniques to a diverse student population.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
