Nuts and Bolts of Top 3:

• Creatively design and implement stage set-up in accordance with creative vision and brand standards
• Coordinate and oversee service flow for Foundry LIVE
• Execute technical needs for production before and during services and events
• Become the in-house expert on production technology
• Organize and maintain all technical elements of worship
• Participate in Creative Team meetings
• Grow and disciple the production SERVE team at The Foundry Church through meaningful connection
• Coordinate SERVE team scheduling for Foundry LIVE services and events
• You would be a great fit if you:
• Have a passion for technology and its use for the promotion of the Gospel
• Have experience in live production and/or project management
• Are familiar with production platforms such as ProPresenter, Resi, Wave, etc.
• Have a heart for worship and fostering an atmosphere of praise
• Work well in collaborative team settings
• Are organized and attentive to details in your work
• Live into and affirm the Foundry’s core beliefs, mission and values by word and example

Role Details:

• This is currently a full time/salary position
• The position does require evening and weekend hours.
