Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute complex Six Sigma projects to reduce defects, improve efficiency, and lower costs in manufacturing processes.
• Coach and mentor Green Belts and Yellow Belts on Six Sigma methodologies, tools, and project execution.
• Analyze manufacturing data to identify root causes of problems and develop data-driven solutions.
• Facilitate cross-functional teams in problem-solving and process improvement initiatives.
• Develop and implement control plans to sustain process improvements and prevent recurrence of issues.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making throughout the manufacturing operations.
• Present project findings and results to senior management and stakeholders.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven track record of successfully leading and completing complex Six Sigma projects in a manufacturing environment.
• In-depth knowledge of advanced statistical tools and techniques relevant to manufacturing process improvement (e.g., DOE, SPC, Hypothesis Testing).
• Extensive experience in identifying, analyzing, and mitigating manufacturing process variations and defects.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing principles, operations, and supply chain dynamics.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and coach Green Belts and team members on Six Sigma methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and change management skills to drive sustainable improvements.

Bonus Qualifications

• - Experience with statistical software beyond Minitab (e.g., R, Python with statistical libraries)
• - Lean Manufacturing or other continuous improvement methodology certifications
• - Experience with advanced simulation or modeling techniques
• - Strong project management experience with large-scale, multi-site deployments
• - Expertise in specific manufacturing technologies relevant to the industry (e.g., automation, advanced materials)
