Payments Product Manager
- Work with the Head of Payments to develop and execute the product roadmap for the company's payments platform, in alignment with the company goals and priorities
- Support the product by coordinating with the proper support channels and prioritizing bugs and client requests
- Work with development to help design the product
- Write user stories with acceptance criteria.
- Participate in developer meetings by answering questions and providing context to business requirements.
- Test and confirm expected value is being delivered.
- Be a participating member of the team during a sprint to review user stories and provide approval or feedback.
- Work and align with software line of business discovery and user testing to identify and prioritize customer needs
- Translate integrated software needs into product requirements and work with engineering and design teams to develop and launch new features and products
- Work with commercialization efforts to help design training for integration and product usability
- Support commercialization efforts around packaging, messaging, and positioning for the payments product and features
- Experience working in a software company with a Payments integration model
- Understanding of the payments industry and related products
- Proven ability to work in an integrated payments model and collaborate with product and development team members
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Familiarity with Jira and Agile software development
- Previously working in a managed payment facilitation software company
